About our company
This company was founded by Alan Warren and Bill Fiete. Both have been involved in real estate and saw a desperate need for buyers, sellers, and renters to have the ability to show and view homes from the comfort and privacy of their computers. Small ads describing the dwelling leave too much to the imagination. What does the neighborhood look like? How many trees are on the property? Virtual tours are the next best thing to being there.
What our service provides
First, we created a state of the art, cutting edge, easy to use, virtual tour Website that utilizes a 360 degree virtual viewing and picture format.
Second, whether you are selling or renting, we create a Web page, just for you for up to 6 months, on our Website, to showcase your property. Your Web page will include the following:
- Up to 6 virtual tour images.
- Up to 10 photographs.
- Information FAX sheet.
- Ability to download pictures and FAX sheet to make promotional literature.
- If selling with a Realtor, a link to the Realtor’s contact information or to the Realtor’s Website.
